1. Our Products
All products are crafted from premium human hair unless otherwise stated on the product page. Because hair is a natural product, slight variations in texture, colour and wave pattern between items are normal and not defects. Product photos are representative — screens may show colours slightly differently.
2. Orders & Payment
- An order is accepted once payment is confirmed through our secure Paystack checkout (card or mobile money).
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, e.g. if an item is out of stock or payment cannot be verified — with a full refund.
- Prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and include applicable taxes where stated.
3. Custom Units
Customised or made-to-order units are crafted to your specification. Once work begins on a custom order it cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged — see our Refund Policy for full details.
4. Shipping
Delivery times and options are set out in our Shipping Policy. Estimated times are indicative and not guaranteed.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, logos, product photography and design — belongs to Hair Jétique and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site: no fraudulent orders, no attempts to breach site security, no scraping of content for commercial use.
