1. Processing Time

2. Delivery Options
- Accra (same-day / next-day): dispatched via rider, usually delivered within 24 hours of dispatch.
- Nationwide delivery: delivered through trusted bus/transport services to your nearest terminal for pickup, or courier to your door where available.
- Pickup: arrange pickup from our Accra location — message us after checkout to confirm.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout based on your location and order size. Delivery within Accra is free on qualifying orders — any promotion is shown automatically at checkout.
4. Order Tracking & Confirmation
You will receive: an email/SMS confirmation when your order is placed, and a message with dispatch details once your package is on the way. Keep your order number handy when contacting us about delivery.
5. Delays & Lost Packages
If your delivery is delayed, contact us with your order number and we will follow up with the courier immediately. Packages confirmed lost in transit are replaced or refunded in full.
6. Wrong Address
Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. Hair Jétique is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address, though we will always do our best to help recover them.
