How wholesale orders work
- 50% of every bulk bundle order above 15 bundles must be paid upfront before processing begins.
- Allow 14 to 28 days for bulk bundle orders to be produced, quality-checked, packed, and delivered.
- Shipping is not included in the order total and may vary depending on order size, delivery country, courier service, and parcel weight.
- The remaining 50% balance should be paid before dispatch, once the order is ready for final shipment.
- Bulk orders should be confirmed in writing, including length, texture, colour code, bundle quantity, lace type, and delivery details.
- Custom colours, special textures, and made-to-order wigs may not be cancelled once production has started.
- Hair Jétique should provide quality-control photos or short videos before dispatch for wholesale orders where possible.
- Customers are responsible for import duty, customs charges, local tax, and clearance fees in their destination country.
- Any defect or order issue must be reported within 48 to 72 hours of delivery, before the hair is washed, coloured, cut, installed, or altered.
- Large wholesale orders may be shipped in split parcels for safer delivery and better stock control.
