Ordering & delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. In Accra we deliver the same or next day by rider. Elsewhere in Ghana we send to your nearest bus terminal, or by courier to your door. Made-to-order and custom units take longer — we confirm the timeline with you before production starts.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order gets dispatch updates, and you can check the status any time on our Track Your Order page using your order number and the email address you ordered with.
Do you deliver outside Ghana?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with your country before you order and we will confirm the shipping cost and timeline. Import duty, customs charges and clearance fees in the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
Payment
How can I pay?
By card or mobile money through Paystack at checkout. Payments are encrypted end to end and your card details never touch our servers.
Do you take part payment on custom orders?
For bulk and made-to-order work, 50% is paid upfront before production begins and the balance before dispatch. We confirm everything in writing first.
The hair
Is it really 100% human hair?
Yes — raw, unprocessed human hair from single donors. It washes, colours and heat-styles like your own, which synthetic hair cannot.
Which density should I choose?
180% is a natural everyday fullness and the most popular choice. 250% is noticeably fuller and photographs beautifully. 300% and 400% are dramatic, best for long lengths and occasions. Unsure? Message us and we will help you choose.
What is the difference between HD lace and transparent lace?
HD lace is the thinnest and melts into the scalp most convincingly. Transparent and super transparent lace are slightly thicker — more forgiving to install and still very natural. Swiss and French lace are the sturdiest, and the easiest if you are new to installing.
Can I dye, bleach or curl it?
Yes to all three, with care. Use a professional colourist for anything lighter than your starting shade. For heat, use a protectant and stay between 110–130°C (230–266°F).
How do I make it last?
Wash gently in cool running water, condition for three minutes, press dry with a towel rather than wringing, and air dry on a stand away from direct sun. Stored properly and worn in rotation, a unit lasts one to two years.
Returns
What if something is wrong with my order?
Report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos, before the hair has been washed, coloured, cut, installed or altered. Wrong, damaged or lost orders are replaced or refunded. For hygiene reasons we can only accept unopened items in their original packaging.
