How it works
- Royalty Rewards unlocks after your 2 completed orders — it is earned, not automatic.
- Your purchases accumulate. Reaching a Crown does not reset your count — your 5th order earns Bronze, your 10th earns Silver, and so on.
- An order counts once it has been paid, delivered, and its return window has passed, and it has not been refunded.
- One completed order equals one qualifying purchase, however many items it contains.
- Orders below ₵3,500.00 do not count towards a Crown.
- Each Crown reward is a single-use voucher, valid for 90 days, tied to your account and not transferable.
- Crown rewards are one-time achievements, not a permanent discount. Your Crown stays on your account for good.
